Damaged Items
While I take great care in packaging your treasures with the utmost care, sometimes things go awry on their journey to you. If your precious cargo arrives damaged, please contact within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim, I kindly ask that you provide photos of the damaged item along with the packaging it arrived in. Once I verify that the damage was caused by inadequate packaging and not by the postal carrier, I will either replace your order or issue a refund on the price of your order (not including shipping).
Wrong Item Received
I strive for accuracy in fulfilling your orders, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, I sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Please reach out as soon as possible, and I will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.
Exchanges
Given the nature of my made-to-order and personalized products, I do not accept exchanges unless there has been an error on my part in fulfilling your order. If you believe a mistake has occurred, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Cancellations
Cancellations can affect small businesses like mine quite a lot. So, just like you'd double-check your inventory before facing a tricky hobgoblin chief, I kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase. However, if you need to cancel your order, it's no more difficult than a saving throw: cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that a non-refundable cancellation fee of $5 will apply, much like the cost of a potion of healing. This helps me cover processing costs and ensures I can continue to provide exceptional service to everyone.
